Matt Bays

Matt Bays is an experienced facilities and engineering professional with a strong background in project management and maintenance within the bottling and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Sr. Regional Facilities Manager at New Seasons Market since November 2021, Matt previously worked at Portland Bottling Company in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, where management of a $35 million project transforming warehouse space into a modern bottling facility was highlighted. Earlier positions included Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager, focusing on capacity planning, equipment selection, and maintenance operations. Prior experience at Mondelēz International involved overseeing maintenance supervisory staff and managing capital projects. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
