Neil Olstad

Neil Olstad is an experienced professional in the fields of refrigeration, trades management, and engineering, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Refrigeration and Trades Manager at New Seasons Market since September 2021, Neil previously held positions at Just Right Heating and Cooling as a Senior Service Account Executive, Project Manager, and Estimator, as well as Arctic Sheet Metal and Apollo Mechanical Contractors in similar roles. Neil's expertise is further backed by a tenure at McKinstry and ownership of Western Technical Family, LLC, where key responsibilities included applications engineering and sales. Earlier career milestones include significant roles at Horiba, Applied Materials, and National Semiconductor, where Neil specialized in customer support, engineering management, and product specialization.
