Yumi Mann

Yumi Mann has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Yumi is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at New Seasons Market, a role they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Recruiting Manager at the same company from May 2021 to January 2024. Before joining New Seasons Market, Yumi worked at nLIGHT as an HR Business Partner and Recruiting Manager from July 2020 to May 2021, and as a Sr. Recruiter from April 2019 to June 2020. Yumi also has experience as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Emerald Performance Materials from May 2016 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, Yumi held positions at ITT Technical Institute as a Career Services Specialist from August 2014 to May 2016, and as an Admissions Recruiter from December 2010 to August 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Community Account Manager (contract) at United Way of the Columbia-Willamette from August 2010 to December 2010. Yumi began their professional journey as a Student Ambassador- Admissions and Recruitment Internship at Washington State University from August 2009 to May 2010.

Yumi Mann earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Daniel Webster College from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Washington State University from 2007 to 2010. Yumi Mann also holds a certification as a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management, which they obtained in October 2018.
