Carly Janson

Carlin (Carly) Janson is an accomplished executive coach and leadership advisor, currently serving as CEO of Alpine Miles Leadership and New Sector Alliance, where Carly has led the organization since its founding in 2017. With extensive experience in leadership development, Carly has worked with a diverse range of clients from Fortune 5 companies to startups. Carly's previous roles include Director of the Career Management Center at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Leadership Development Lead at Boston Consulting Group. An adjunct professor at Harvard University, Carly co-created the first consulting course in the university's history. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, a fellowship from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BA in Economics from Princeton University, and participation in a summer graduate program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
