New Sector Alliance
Marcia Mundt, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Research, Evaluation, and Learning Director at the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) since August 2022, leading the Research, Evaluation, and Learning team. Concurrently, Marcia is a Visiting Lecturer at Northeastern University, teaching graduate-level Research Methods and Evaluation. With prior experience as a Senior Program Officer and Program Officer at the United States Institute of Peace, Marcia has focused on conflict management training and enhanced project design and evaluation. Marcia's extensive experience includes roles at New Sector Alliance, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and research and teaching positions at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Marcia holds a PhD and an MS in Public Policy from UMass Boston, an MA in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford, and a BA in Communication Studies, Government, and Spanish from New Mexico State University.

New Sector Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to accelerate social change by strengthening organizations and developing leaders. Since 2000, New Sector has played a key role in the social impact sector by: **Delivering consulting and leadership development services to mission-driven client organizations and individuals. **Recruiting talented young professionals (Fellows), placing them in partner organizations (host sites) focused on social and environmental impact, and supporting Fellows with best-in-class training and development, mentorship, and career management support. **Engaging and supporting a close-knit alumni network through the New Sector Alliance Alumni Board and alumni programs. **Spearheading various thought leadership and cross-sector collaboration-focused events and activities across the country and around the world.
