Alexcia Kabeya

Alexcia Kabeya currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at New Silver, a fin-tech start-up focused on bridging decentralized finance and real-world assets, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alexcia was the Owner and Principal Consultant at Spearhead Recruitment from May 2015 to June 2021, specializing in recruitment solutions.
