Joe Bowen

Joe Bowen has been working in the field of fleet management and maintenance since June 1998. Currently, Joe is the Fleet/Facilities Manager at Utilities Commission for the City of New Smyrna Beach, where Joe oversees the maintenance and management of the organization's fleet. Prior to this role, Joe served as a Lead Fleet Mechanic at the same company. Joe's previous experience includes working as a Fleet Mechanic at National Grid until February 2015. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in maintaining and overseeing fleet operations.
