Winter McNair

Winter McNair is an Accountant at the Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach. Winter has held various positions within the company, including Fixed Assets Accountant, Utility Accountant, Billing Technician, Customer Service Representative, and Cashier. Prior to working at the Utilities Commission, Winter was a Front Desk Manager at Prince Bush Smith Hotels. Winter holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, an Associate of Arts degree in Mathematics from Daytona State College, and a High School Diploma from New Smyrna Beach High School.
