Luke Harris is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and product development sectors. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at New Standard Corporation since October 2017, Luke leads a Manufacturing Engineering group focused on securing new business contracts and launching products for clients such as Caterpillar and John Deere. Previously, as General Manager at Superior Tech, Luke managed the company's operations and P&L accountability while supporting a network of over 1,500 John Deere dealers. Luke's career at CNH Industrial spanned two decades, during which time several leadership roles were held, including Director of Product Development, where a cross-functional global team was led and strategic product plans were developed with significant financial investments. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1991 and 1995.
