Miriam Diwan is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in investor relations and portfolio management. Currently, as the Head of Investor Relations at New State Capital Partners since December 2021, Miriam focuses on building long-term relationships with company founders and independent sponsors. Previously, at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, LLC, Miriam held the positions of Director and Associate Director of Investor Relations, managing investor communications and due diligence for fund performance. Earlier roles include Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Amzak Capital Management, Senior Associate at Sun Capital Partners, and Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Miriam began their career as a Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
