Andrew McIntee

Andrew McIntee is a Partner at New Street Consulting Group, specializing in leadership consultancy, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy since January 2005. McIntee previously served as a Board Trustee at the Royal Academy of Dance from May 2018 to March 2023, where contributions included chairing a committee for the establishment of a new global headquarters in London and participation in both the Nominations and Finance Committees. Prior to that, McIntee held managerial roles at ECHM and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Thorn Baker. McIntee holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
