Steven Alexander is a skilled professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Operations Associate at New Street Research, Steven manages day-to-day operations, leads strategic projects, and oversees data accuracy in Salesforce CRM. Previous roles include Graduate Assistant at the University of Rochester and Communications Intern at Spin (Ford Mobility), where Steven enhanced team communication and engagement. Steven holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Music Leadership from the University of Rochester, complemented by a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Miami.
