Brittany Cora

Brittany Cora, Ed.S. has a diverse work experience in the education field. Brittany is currently serving as the Director of Programs and Partnerships at New Teacher Center since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Blogger at Just Balance with Brittany starting from July 2022.

From 2021 to 2022, Brittany worked at Instruction Partners as an ELA Content Lead. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Principal of Instruction at Aspire Public Schools from January 2019 to June 2021. Brittany also worked as a Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Analyst at Aspire Public Schools from September 2018 to January 2019.

Brittany Cora, Ed.S. received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2009. In 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Union University. Following this, Brittany completed the Instructional Leadership Licensure Program at Bethel University, College of Professional Studies in 2015, focusing on Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship.

In 2017, they obtained their ILL-B Administrator License from the Tennessee Department of Education. This was followed by their Professional Teaching License, also granted by the Tennessee Department of Education in 2013.

Brittany pursued further education and received their Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Instructional Leadership from Freed-Hardeman University in 2021. Currently, they are working towards obtaining their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, also at Freed-Hardeman University.
