In 2017, they obtained their ILL-B Administrator License from the Tennessee Department of Education. This was followed by their Professional Teaching License, also granted by the Tennessee Department of Education in 2013.

Brittany pursued further education and received their Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Instructional Leadership from Freed-Hardeman University in 2021. Currently, they are working towards obtaining their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, also at Freed-Hardeman University.
