About
Nancy Dome is an educational consultant who has worked with school districts on topics of racial equity, specifically the disproportionality of their students of color in SPED identification, discipline data and access to AP/Honors. Nancy has supported educators to implement systemic change through trainings and customized program development. Nancy has also served as an adjunct professor and assistant professor at National University and Cal State San Marcos respectively.
Nancy Dome received an Ed.D in Technology and Learning from Alliant International University. Nancy also has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from United States International University - Africa.
