Rebecca Flores

Rebecca Flores is an experienced educator and instructional designer who currently serves as the Director of Teacher Induction at New Teacher Center. With a background in bilingualism, biliteracy, and equity, Rebecca has held various roles in education, including instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder and Multilingual Specialist at Austin Independent School District. Rebecca's expertise in second language acquisition and education has been honed through their extensive teaching experience in English, ESL, and Dyslexia at both secondary and elementary levels. Rebecca is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at the University of Colorado Boulder.
