Santiago Estefania has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, starting as an Electronic Engineer in seismic data acquisition at Empresa Nacional del Petroleo ENAP. Santiago then moved on to work at Texas Instruments and Halliburton as a Seismic Party Manager. Santiago eventually transitioned to roles focusing on health, safety, and environmental performance at Halliburton, where Santiago managed HSE & SQ at the BP & Halliburton Alliance. Currently, Santiago holds the position of Director Of Operations And BD - International at New Tech Global, overseeing operations and business development in LATAM.
