Liz Bergeron, PhD has a diverse work experience in the education field. In 2005, they began their career as a Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Project Manager at Educators for Academic Excellence. In 2008, they started working as an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University and also held the position of Graduate Research Assistant from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they briefly worked as a reviewer for AAAS. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Research Manager at the International Baccalaureate Organization. In 2014, they joined the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse as an Assistant Professor, a role they held until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at New Tech Network, where they began as a Senior Director of Research and now holds the position of Managing Director of Strategy & Research.
Liz Bergeron, PhD, has obtained a Certificate in Strategy from Harvard Business School. Liz pursued their higher education at George Mason University, where they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education between 2006 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Education from James Madison University. Liz also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same university. Liz completed their secondary education at Langley High School.
