Frank P. Fitzgerald

Frank P. Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both banking and law. As the Founder and Chairman of New Valley Bank & Trust since June 2019, Fitzgerald has played a pivotal role in establishing the institution. Additionally, Fitzgerald has been the Owner of Fitzgerald Attorneys at Law, P.C. since March 1992, providing legal services in their community. Prior to these roles, Fitzgerald served as Chairman and Founder of the Bank of Western Mass from April 1987 to April 2008. Educationally, Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western New England University, completed in 1968, as well as a Juris Doctor from the Western New England University School of Law, earned in 1973.
