Adam Klein serves as the Managing Partner at New Ventures West since April 2012, where collaboration with partners focuses on empowering individuals to realize their potential for a meaningful life. In addition to teaching as a faculty member at Stagen Leadership Academy since September 2016, Adam has been an Executive Coach at Enact since September 2000, offering nearly two decades of leadership coaching. Previous roles include Director of Integration for Made In A Free World, Consultant for ReIMAGINE, and Director of Development at Pacific Advisors. Adam holds multiple certifications in coaching and the Enneagram and possesses a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, alongside education from Philadelphia B. University and the Enneagram Institute.
