Charles Brassard

Charles Brassard is a seasoned professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as the Creator, Facilitator, and Trainer at Coaching Circles since February 2000, where the focus is on integrating action learning and integral development coaching to empower leaders. As a co-founder of Convivium: École de coaching en développement intégral since January 2009, Charles collaborates with New Ventures West to provide comprehensive training for managers and future coaches that emphasizes personal and professional growth. Additionally, Charles holds the title of Senior Faculty Emeritus at New Ventures West and serves as President of Impact Coaching Inc. Educationally, Charles is an Integral Development Coach from New Ventures West and holds a Master's degree in Economic Geography from the University of Ottawa.
