Stephanie Fujii is an accomplished executive coach and leadership consultant with extensive experience in holistic assessment and empathic listening, currently operating as an independent consultant since 2019. In addition to consulting, Stephanie serves as a lecturer on Equitable and Inclusive Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and is involved with New Ventures West as adjunct faculty and guest coach. Previously, Stephanie worked at Russell Reynolds Associates as an executive search and leadership consultant, focusing on the nonprofit sector and advocating for diversity and inclusion. Stephanie's earlier career includes leadership roles in admissions and program management at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and experience as an associate at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Stephanie holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Brown University.
