Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Trainee at Le Square Epicier Fin, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes. With experience in customer service roles at Chilli Thai and Rosewood Hotel Group, Xuân Tiến excels in creating a welcoming environment and enhancing guest experience. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from RMIT University Vietnam.
