Casey Hayes

Casey Hayes is an experienced professional in outdoor education and team management, currently serving as a Wilderness Instructor at New Vision Wilderness since June 2020 and as a Trip Leader at Bold Earth Adventure Camps since June 2018, focusing on immersing teenagers in nature. Previous roles include Sales Floor Associate at Patagonia, Staff & Student Coordinator at Pali Institute, Instructor at Camp Kesem UCSB, PR/Marketing Coordinator for the UCSB chapter of Camp Kesem, Customer Service Employee at UCSB Bookstore, and Head Volunteer Coordinator at Camp Kesem UCSB. Additionally, Casey gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2017.
