Kisis Cruz-Penalba, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Kisis is currently the Director of Finance and Administration at New Visions for Public Schools, where they oversee financial operations. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Little Kids Rock from 2016 to 2019.

Their previous experience includes working as the Regional Business Manager and Corporate Secretary at Catholic Schools of Rockland & Upper Counties, where they managed the day-to-day operations and finances of multiple catholic schools. Additionally, they have held positions such as Business Manager at New York Nativity and America Magazine, where they handled accounting and finance functions.

Earlier in their career, Kisis worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Client Service Representative, providing support to high network clients and assisting with travel arrangements.

Throughout their career, Kisis has demonstrated strong financial acumen and expertise in budgeting, auditing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Kisis Cruz-Penalba, MBA, has a well-rounded education history that spans several years. Kisis completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Saint Peter's University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from The City College of New York, graduating between 1998 and 2003. Earlier in their educational journey, Kisis attended Colegio Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, where they completed their Grade school education between 1986 and 1995.
