Markisha Chong

Markisha Chong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and educational program coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at New Visions for Public Schools since October 2017, Markisha has previously held positions as a Data Analyst at the same organization. Prior roles include Academic Advisor for the Neighborhood Partnership Program - GEAR UP 4 LA at Occidental College from February 2015 to June 2016, and Site Coordinator for the SHAPE Program at UCLA from September 2011 to June 2014, where Markisha oversaw a team and facilitated communication among stakeholders to support underrepresented students. Markisha holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania (2016-2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in International Development from UCLA (2010-2014).
