Stephanie Sandor-Garcia

Stephanie Sandor-Garcia has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Stephanie served as the Associate Director of Talent Management at New Visions for Public Schools, where they led a team to drive positive change in human resources across a network of charter schools and education non-profit organizations. Stephanie also worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Family Tree Realty and as a Human Resources Manager/Partner at the Natural Resources Defense Council. Stephanie acted as a strategic partner, providing counsel on people strategy, employee relations, and leadership development. Additionally, Stephanie was the Manager of Human Resources at Safe Horizon, where they provided guidance on various HR topics across multiple locations.

Stephanie Sandor-Garcia attended St. Lawrence University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. Following this, they attended The New School from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management.
