Tianya Coachman

Tianya Coachman has extensive experience in human resources and payroll systems, currently serving as HR & Payroll Systems Developer at New Visions for Public Schools since October 2013, with previous roles as Senior HRIS/Payroll Analyst, HR and Payroll Systems Analyst, and HRIS/Payroll Specialist. Prior to this, Tianya held the position of HR Assistant/HRIS Coordinator at the Natural Resources Defense Council from August 2008 to September 2013, and worked as HR & IT Coordinator at Safe Horizon from June 2006 to August 2008. Tianya earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College, graduating in 2006.
