Erica Kilps

Erica Kilps has a diverse work experience in the accounting and finance field. Erica began their career as an Accountant at New Waterloo in January 2021 and later moved up to the position of Senior Accountant in January 2022. In April 2022, they became the Central Accounting Manager at New Waterloo before assuming the role of Director of Hotel Accounting in July 2023. Prior to their time at New Waterloo, Erica worked at White Lodging Services as a Dual Accounting Manager from September 2017 to May 2020 and then as an Assistant Director of Finance from May 2020 to January 2021.

Erica Kilps has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Erica also studied Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, but it is unclear if they completed a degree in this field.
