Jon Gettler

Jon Gettler is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at New Wave Design and Verification since May 2020, Jon has held significant roles as a Principal Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor and Cavium Inc from July 2018 to February 2020 and August 2016 to July 2018, respectively. Jon's career also includes a long tenure at QLogic Corporation as a Principal Engineer from January 2005 to August 2016, and previous positions at Caspian Networks, Cray, Inc, and Silicon Graphics. Jon holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Valparaiso University, complemented by a brief educational experience at Kansai Gaidai University.
