Marti Nyman

Marti Nyman serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of New Wave Design since February 2023, leading the organization in achieving strategic objectives and growth goals. Nyman previously held the same title at NDC Technologies, which specializes in process measurement and control instrumentation, from 2019 until its acquisition by Nordson Corporation in November 2021. Other notable roles include Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where growth initiatives were directed, and various positions at UnitedHealth Group focusing on innovation and strategy. Nyman has also contributed as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Adjunct Professor at the Carlson School of Management, and has extensive experience in business development, client relationships, and strategic alliances at companies such as Ulteig and Best Buy. Nyman holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Mini-Masters in International Management from the University of St. Thomas.
