Matthew Hays

Matthew Hays is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and production. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Consultant and Business Intelligence Manager at New Wave Energy Services Ltd. since June 2019, Matthew also holds the position of Senior Business/Data Analyst at Chevron through Insight Global since October 2022. As the founder and operator of Hays Productions since 2011, Matthew specializes in audio and video production for music programs in the Permian Basin. Previous roles include Financial Advisor at FJY Financial, Territory Manager for Paschal-Harper, and Operations Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where Matthew developed various interactive analysis tools. Matthew holds a BBA in General Business from West Texas A&M University, earned in 2010.
