Don Ross

Don Ross has a range of work experience in the waste management industry. Don is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at New Way® Trucks since September 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), including Past Director - Collection and Transfer Technical Committee, Certified Collection Manager and Training Faculty Member, and Director - Collection and Transfer Technical Division. Don was also a Vice Director for the Collection and Transfer Technical Committee. Don has been involved with the National Waste & Recycling Association, where they served on the Board of Trustees and the Supplier Board of Governors. Don held the role of Vice President at McLaughlin Family Companies until September 2022. Don's previous experience includes being the Director of Sales and Marketing at New Way® Trucks, the Director of Operations at Kessler Consulting, Inc., and the Solid Waste Director for the City of Dunedin. Don also worked as the Director of Operations at Waste Management, Inc. from 1990 to 2003.
