Ryan Lynch

Ryan Lynch is a Mechanical Engineer currently working at New Way® Trucks since March 2023, focusing on implementing modern manufacturing practices and improving ERP standards in the fabrication of farm implements. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Engineer at Hagie Manufacturing, and as an Industrial Engineer at Bazooka Farmstar, where Ryan contributed to issue resolution in manufacturing processes. Previous positions also encompass quality engineering support at John Deere, a Reliability Engineer Co-op at LyondellBasell, and a Student Assistant role at Ames Laboratory, aiding in materials science research. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Des Moines Area Community College.
