Rakesh Patel

Rakesh Patel has over 19 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce. Rakesh is currently working as the VP of Marketing at New West KnifeWorks since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Marketing and E-commerce at Seattle Coffee Gear from February 2022 to February 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Global Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing at Jaybird where they successfully implemented a digital strategy and led the redesign of Jaybirdsport. Before that, they worked as the Director of Digital Marketing at USANA Health Sciences for a year, leading a team focused on digital transformation and customer acquisition. Earlier in their career, Rakesh served as the Sr. Digital Product Manager at Backcountry.com and Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Skullcandy Inc., bringing innovative ideas and maintaining marketing calendars. Rakesh started their career as an Internet Marketing Specialist at E-site Marketing in 2004.

Rakesh Patel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Rakesh pursued their undergraduate degree from 1998 to 2002, with a focus on courses in Marketing, Human Resources/Organizational Behavior, and Management.
