Chandler Terrell

Chandler Terrell is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at New Western Acquisitions since February 2022, and co-founding First Round Talent in March 2022. Previous experience includes the role of Corporate Recruitment Manager at Controlled Contamination Services and various positions at Texas Rangers Baseball Club, where responsibilities ranged from administrative support to managing recruitment efforts. At iHeartRadio, Chandler was an Account Executive, effectively maintaining and expanding client accounts. Additionally, Chandler founded and operated Chandler Mak Confections, an online bakery, and served as the Social Media Manager and Booking Agent for musician Ben Kunkle. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Bridgewater College, completed in 2018.
