Danny Dever

Danny Dever has extensive experience in the hospitality and energy sectors, currently serving as a Training Instructor at New Western since November 2021. Prior roles include Account Executive at DaCott Energy Services, Ltd from January 2017 to June 2021, and Talent Acquisition Research Specialist at New Western Acquisitions in 2021. Danny's career in the hospitality industry includes positions as Head Bartender at Hibiscus from August 2013 to December 2016, and Manager at P.F. Chang's China Bistro for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included cost control, staff training, and management of operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Server at Rusty Harpoon in Maui and as an F&B Manager at Pebble Creek Country Club, focusing on scheduling, training, and banquet coordination. Danny attended Texas A&M University and Blinn College between 2002 and 2004.
