Mary Southworth

Mary Southworth, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at New Western since June 2024. Previously, Mary held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Zuri Furniture, overseeing HR operations for multiple entities in the modern furnishings sector. In earlier roles, Mary was the People and Culture Manager at Republic Property Group, providing comprehensive HR support across three sectors, and held various positions at M. TERRY ENTERPRISES, INC and Renegade Swish, where responsibilities included managing HR functions and enhancing operational efficiency. Mary holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington.
