Tony Bacigalupo serves as the Head of Community at Scalepath, where leadership is fostered among businesses generating over $500k annually. As the founder of Belongfulness, Tony creates resources addressing disconnection for individuals and policymakers. Additionally, Tony founded New Work Cities, promoting collaborative spaces globally. Previously, Tony held significant roles at Mighty Networks, where growth in ROI for a large online community was achieved, and at SPI Media, where community culture was developed. Past experiences also include positions at Bantam Tools and VaynerMedia, as well as a notable tenure at NY Tech Meetup on the Board of Directors. Educated at the University of Delaware with a BS in Computer Science, Tony’s expertise spans community development, engagement strategy, and organizational culture.
