Ana Raquel Costa

Ana Raquel Costa currently serves as a Junior People Services Partner and previously held the role of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at New Work SE since December 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with engineering managers to fulfill technical recruitment needs and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology positions. Ana also gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern in the same company, focusing on strategic hiring alongside various stakeholders. Prior experience includes an internship in the Social Psychology Laboratory at Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto, with earlier involvement in a Mini-Internship Project at the same institution. Ana holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Organizations, Social, and Work from Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto and has completed additional studies at Instituto de Estudos Superiores de Fafe in 2021.
