Jessica Miley is an experienced professional in investment and recruitment, currently serving as Managing Director/Investor and Venture Associate at New World Angels since November 2020. Jessica also acts as an Angel Investor for Miami Angels and an Investor at FAU Tech Runway, both roles initiated in January 2020. As a co-founder of Talent Navigators from November 2017 to December 2022, Jessica contributed to recruitment and HR services for startups and established organizations in technology and manufacturing. Earlier in the career, Jessica held the position of Executive Recruiter at Atavas Search and RPO, specializing in strategic hires across various industries, and served as a Marketing Analyst at Perry Ellis International, overseeing a substantial marketing budget.
