Mike Daly

Mike Daly is an experienced video photojournalist with a diverse background spanning several decades in the field of media and storytelling. Since July 1995, Mike has served as a Staff Video Photojournalist at WAGA TV, covering significant events such as hurricanes, natural disasters, and the War in Iraq. Additionally, Mike has worked as an Independent Videographer since July 2007, crafting video life stories for legal cases to ensure victims are remembered as individuals. Mike also served in the United States Army Reserve from February 2001 to February 2009 as a Staff Sergeant and broadcaster, with several active-duty deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, including leadership responsibilities in public affairs. Prior to these roles, Mike was a photojournalist at WYFF from 1992 to 1995, where story shooting and editing were key responsibilities. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Georgia Southern University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
