Kevin Kwong

Kevin Kwong has over a decade of experience in property development and land management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Property Development at New World Development Company Limited since 2020, Kevin oversees agricultural land acquisition. Prior roles include Manager of Property and Land at the Urban Renewal Authority, Manager of Planning and Analysis at Tai Hung Fai Group, and Estate Surveyor in the Lands Department. Kevin previously worked as Assistant Manager in Property Development at New World Development Company Limited and held various positions including Management Trainee and Marketing Executive. Kevin holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong.
