Oswaldo Pompa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Oswaldo began their career at Kenworth Truck Co. in 1994, where they worked as a Sr. Design Engineer until 1998. Oswaldo then took on the role of Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt at the same company until 2002. Pompa then transitioned to CareFusion / Cardinal Health in 2002, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Lean Six Sigma Deployment and Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. In 2012, they joined Vyaire Medical, formerly part of BD / CareFusion / Cardinal Health, where they worked as a Senior Manager of R&D Product Engineering until 2016. Oswaldo then became the Director of R&D Product Sustaining Engineering until 2017.
