Grace Zhou

Grace Zhou is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as the Residence Club Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel since November 2018, Grace previously completed an MBA with Distinction at Royal Holloway, University of London. Prior to this, as Executive Floor Manager at Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited from October 2012 to August 2017, Grace led executive floor operations, aligning them with the hotel’s strategic objectives. Grace's earlier experience includes various positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from February 2005 to July 2012, where responsibilities encompassed executive floor management and guest relations. Grace holds a Foundation Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Beijing Union University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
