Sammuel Chan has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel since September 2010, Sammuel Chan has also held roles including Event Operations Manager and Assistant Banquet Manager within the same establishment. Prior to this, Sammuel Chan worked at Hotel Nikko as an Assistant Restaurant Manager from August 2006 to September 2010, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in event coordination and restaurant operations.
