Carlos Vazquez Figueroa

Carlos Vazquez Figueroa has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos started their career in the US Army as a Computer Operator, where they fielded and integrated the AFATDS version 99 with M109A6. Carlos was the first to field and install AFATDS 99 in their battalion and successfully participated in fire missions in Kosovo. Carlos then transitioned to the role of Senior Computer Operator, where they fielded Army Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS) versions 6.4 and 6.5. Most recently, Carlos worked as a Systems Integrator in the US Army. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelancer Entry Level C++ Programmer from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at New York Air Brake.

Carlos Vazquez Figueroa earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Columbia College. Carlos attended the college from 2010 to 2018. Later, in May 2019, Carlos obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
