Gary Newton has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Gary started their career as an Electronics Technician at New York Air Brake in June 1993 and worked there until February 1994. After that, they worked as a Test Engineer from February 1994 to June 1999, where they were responsible for developing and documenting engineering development tests. In March 1999, they were promoted to the role of Sr. ElectroMechanical Packaging Engineer, a position they held until June 2009. During this time, they gained expertise in CAD, PLM, and Illustration tools, and developed strong analytical skills.

In June 2009, Gary became the Engineering Product Data Management Supervisor at New York Air Brake.
