Ron Ward has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Ron started their career at ITT Night Vision as an Operations Engineering Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Ron supervised a team of engineers and Co-ops, led projects, and achieved sales goals. Ron then moved on to Dana - Automotive Systems Group as a Six Sigma Black Belt, where they assisted in upgrading the company's Six Sigma training curriculum and led a Total Productive Maintenance project.

After that, Ron joined Accellent as a Lean Process Excellence Leader. Ron was a core team member in charge of developing training programs, policy deployment, and achieving overall company goals. Ron trained over 600 employees across multiple sites. Following their time at Accellent, they worked at Alliant Techsystems - ATK as a Master Black Belt and Continuous Improvement Specialist. There, they led Lean Six Sigma efforts, optimized production line layouts, and improved operational efficiencies.

Ron then joined Maple Leaf Foods Inc as a Productivity Manager and Interim Production Manager. Ron managed critical scorecard KPIs and daily operations for multiple production lines. Ron later moved to Wholesome Harvest Baking, a division of Grupo Bimbo, where they held the positions of Technical Manager and Production Manager. Ron aligned maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement activities to maximize line capacity and production efficiencies.

Before their current position, Ron worked at Greenleaf Foods as a Production Manager. Ron was responsible for daily operational KPIs, production supervision, and optimizing line efficiencies. Currently, they are working as a Production Manager at New York Air Brake.

Ron Ward completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University between 1984 and 1988.
