Karthik Krishnan

Karthik Krishnan serves as the Founding Chief Executive Officer of the International Finance Facility for Education (IFFEd), focusing on innovative financing for human capital development. Concurrently, Karthik holds the position of President at Purple Patch, which enhances organizational performance through strategic refinement and innovation. As an Investor with New York Angels, Karthik mentors entrepreneurs and supports their growth. Karthik has been an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business since 2012, teaching a course on the media industry. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at Noma Therapy and Upcare, and founding roles at Redesign Health and Peppermint. Karthik was also the Global Chief Executive Officer of the Britannica Group, overseeing notable brands and achieving multiple recognitions in the EdTech sector. Karthik possesses an MBA from NYU Stern and has completed various education and certification programs in governance, project management, and design thinking.
