Juan Gatti has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer. Juan started in 2014 as an Academic Tutor at Mercy College, where they tutored students and assisted the Program Director. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Analyst at BNY Mellon. The same year, they joined Asphalt Green as the AGSC Academy Development Director, responsible for the development and management of soccer programs. In 2018, Juan became the Director of Operations at the New Era Girls Soccer Academy. Additionally, they worked at Mercy College as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach, Graduate Assistant in the Office of Student Life, and later as an International Recruiter. In 2019, Juan took on the role of Technical Director at Asphalt Green Soccer Club, and in 2022, they became the Head Women's Soccer Coach at the New York Athletic Club.

From 2012 to 2013, they attended Monroe College and received an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
From 2013 to 2015, they continued their education at Mercy University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued further academic studies at Mercy University and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General.
